OUR STORY
Cascadia Culture emerged from a simple yet powerful idea: gathering with intention has the power to SHAPE culture.
What began as a small summer festival in Oregon quickly became something much larger. In 2023, a few hundred people came together for live music, hands-on workshops, creative expression, and deep conversations that carried late into the night. The gathering held a spirit of playfulness and curiosity, creating space for learning, reflection, and meaningful connection. Over the next two years, it grew through relationship and care, shaped by intention, creativity, and resilience.
Through this process, we learned that honoring core values also means allowing space for growth and change. Like any healthy ecosystem, visions evolve when they are given room to breathe. What began as a small festival in the forest revealed a larger need across the region for intentional cultural work that could move between communities and landscapes.
Rather than remaining in one location, we chose to expand the work itself. In 2025, that evolution took form as Cascadia Culture, a bioregional booking and event production company supporting intentional gatherings across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. This shift allows us to serve artists, organizers, and communities throughout the bioregion, strengthen connections between places, share resources more equitably, and support a wider ecosystem of gatherings rooted in purpose and place.
Today, Cascadia Culture weaves a diverse mycelial network of musicians, artists, storytellers, poets, and wisdom keepers who share a deep reverence for people and place. Through intentional event production, mindful booking practices, creative marketing, and authentic consulting, we support cultural experiences that are relational, land-informed, and built for long-term sustainability.
